Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement Pega solutions within the Smart Investigate Framework
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Customize and configure case management rules and UI components
• Optimize and troubleshoot Pega applications for performance and scalability
• Develop integrations with external systems and services
• Conduct unit testing and provide support for user acceptance testing
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices and coding standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Stay updated with Pega technologies and trends to suggest improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega application development
• Proficiency in Smart Investigate Framework development and customization
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC and case management functionalities
• Experience in integrating Pega applications with external systems using SOAP REST and MQ
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering highquality Pega solutions within deadlines
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications
