Project Manager Real Estate

• Architect or Civil Engineer
• 10 years of experience in project management preferably in real estate
• Excellent project management organziation communication & negotiation skills
• Willing to travel to sites in Nagpur Indore and Pune

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and schedules ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
• Budget Management: Prepare monitor and control project budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Select hire and oversee vendors contractors and subcontractors ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local state and federal regulations including obtaining necessary permits and inspections.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders including clients investors and internal team members providing regular updates on project status.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks develop mitigation strategies and implement solutions to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
