Job Description
Summary: Were hiring for a real estate construction firm based in Pune. The company engages in building of residential and commercial properties (2L10L sq. ft.) The Project Manager will be expected to track and ensure successful completion of the projects.
Compensation: INR 1518 LPA
Location: Pune
Type: Onsite (6 days/week)
Qualifications:
- Architect or Civil Engineer
- 10 years of experience in project management preferably in real estate
- Excellent project management organziation communication & negotiation skills
- Willing to travel to sites in Nagpur Indore and Pune
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and schedules ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
- Budget Management: Prepare monitor and control project budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Select hire and oversee vendors contractors and subcontractors ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local state and federal regulations including obtaining necessary permits and inspections.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders including clients investors and internal team members providing regular updates on project status.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks develop mitigation strategies and implement solutions to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
