Job Description
As a Junior Analyst you will work in a multicultural collaborative fun and agile work environment. This role will require you to work closely with key stakeholders from the business to build systematic insights accurate and effective data visualization intuitive dashboards and data modelling to support the adoption of analytics into the decisionmaking processes across the organisation as well as supporting internal stakeholders in Data Management efficiently and Effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Define business requirements generate insights and recommend effective business solutions for daytoday salesrelated KPIs.
Development of dashboards in Excel and other inhouse tools
Perform data source mapping & ensure the expected flow of data from backend to frontend in cooperation with IT developers
Participate in Key stakeholders management meetings to align on priorities development design and improvements
Crossfunctional data reconciliation to ensure proper data sanity across the organization.
Ask the right question to drive innovation simplification and reduce complexity
Skills Required:
Advanced Excel
Dashboarding and Reporting
Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
Experience with Reporting tools such as Tableau
Logical Acumen with Analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor s in Computer Science/Technology/Data Analytics/Any Engineering Field
Minimum 2 years of job experience with relevant skillsets
