Responsibilities :
Responsible for site Operations & revenue management along with demand generation and sales closures.
Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till accomplishment.
Preparing sales budget and sales plan for sustenance and launch sales.
Responsible for sales target settings and helping and motivating team members to achieve the same.
Responsible for marketing initiatives and brand enhancement with the marketing team.
Assist in developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes
Maintaining a strong relationship with the working Channel Partners to ensure business continuity
To provide inputs of planning designing pricing strategy competition analysis events & promotions and estimating revenue generation for the project.
Devising team KPIs & guiding the team to achieve the sales targets.
Provide inputs on sales performance market competition sales projection as an input.
Review tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay uptodate with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate arket.
Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builders and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
Prepare MIS for review purposes daily and provide consolidated reports to the management with site Profit & loss statements.
Ensure achievement of allocated business targets within a stipulated time frame
