Job Overview
Leena AI is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead our product team into the evolving world of AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for our product offerings guiding and mentoring our product managers and maintaining a transparent and impactfocused product roadmap. This role is critical for someone who can match the pace of technological changes in AI and maintain close collaborations with sales and customer success teams to ensure product success and alignment with market needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic direction for product development focusing on innovation and meeting the evolving needs of the market.
- Mentor and guide a team of product managers fostering a culture of creativity accountability and growth.
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop effective communication channels with the sales and customer success teams to ensure transparency and alignment on product strategies and roadmaps.
- Oversee the development and management of product lines ensuring they are delivered to market on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering design sales and customer success teams to collect and prioritize product inputs.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and make datadriven decisions for product enhancements.
- Represent the company in product discussions with major clients and at public events.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a technologyfocused organisation.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field from a Tier1 college; MBA preferred.
- Strong background in SaaS particularly in B2B environments with a deep understanding of AI and conversational technologies.
- Proven track record of managing product strategies and roadmaps with a customercentric approach.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of product managers.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
- Candidate must be willing to work overlapping hours to cover the EST timezone.
