JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategic Responsibilities
Provide inputs to EGM(Corporate) for budget development for the SAP vertical.
Identify and suggest continuous improvements in methods processes and technologies that produce high performance integration solutions.
Operational Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
Able to perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; Facilitate to collect understand and validate the business requirement identify gaps issue and solution or work around solutions.
Able to map user business requirements and understand the integration with other modules
Understand and document asis process.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Working self and independently with the team and do liaising between the business functions and the technical team.
Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
Provide project leadership work direction and feedback.
Implementation
Establish detailed project plans and metrics work plans schedules resource plans and status reports.
Have good knowledge of customization configuration and testing of SAP all Modules.
Modify masters and forms as per requirement and transform planning data to SAP
Construct and test enhancements to SAP ensuring close coordination and integration with other SAP modules.
Work closely with the SAP Run Team in the prioritization testing and deployment of system change requests and/or providing support.
Support Functional consultant on business transformation / automation project Prepare change document functional designs test cases and results for changes and modifications. Understanding of integration of SD modules with FI COPA MM and CS modules and having basic accounting business processes
Troubleshooting
Work with Service Desk to resolve incidents raised.
Perform analysis and find solutions to fix recurring problems.
Do liaison with user for troubleshooting: investigate analyze and solve problems.
Documentation / Compliance
Create and maintain all required technical documentation as per IS methodology and processes around SAP RPA and other projects allotted
Training
Develop presentations for providing training to the end users
Provide application support and query resolution for end users.
MIS and Reporting
Configure Reports as required by the functional teams.
Query specific reports and support end users for reporting requirements.
Train users to extract reports from system.
Financial Responsibilities
Provide inputs for near and longterm financial forecasting for expanded functionality/ user base
People Responsibilities
Attend trainings on training needs identified or imparted by HR to enhance performance.
Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others
Education Qualification
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science B. Tech. B.E MCA SAP Certification Prince2/PMP certification.
