Job Description

Essential Job Functions:
Provides recommendations to policy and products intended to resolve enterprisewide process and procedural challenges issues and conflicts.
Assesses and provides advice in the development review and publishing of Naval Operational Architectures (NOA) standards competency development models policy and processes to ensure consistency among tightly coupled work products for efforts in the RDT&E life cycle.
May participate in design development test implementation and documentation of network/webbased collaboration tools/platforms for NAVWAR engineering and business operations efforts in RDT&E.
Provides functional knowledge and technical support for developing enterprise architectures to support MBSE efforts.
