Virtual Rockstar is seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanishspeaking) Medical Virtual Assistant to join our client s dynamic optometry clinic in New Jersey. This is a parttime position with the opportunity for growth and development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
Confirm patient appointments via phone and email.
Manage and maintain appointment calendars efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide timely responses.
Greet patients warmly and provide clear directions within the facility.
Coordinate with medical staff to manage daily schedules effectively.
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Respond to frequently asked questions and provide information as needed.
Assist in appointment rescheduling and followup communications.
Send patients their prescriptions and manage contact lens orders.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Previous experience as a medical assistant or in a similar role preferred.
Familiarity with medical scheduling software particularly Eyefinity.
Proficiency in using communication tools such as Slack.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and service.
