What you will be doing:
Position would require the candidate to manage construction projects and oversee the staffing of projects with inspectors and materials testing technicians. You will serve as project manager for all construction engineering services provided by Kirkham Michael in Nebraska and South Dakota carrying each project through scoping preconstruction active construction and document closeout. Travel is a part of this position as is onsite work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
Experience you will need:
- Degree in civil engineering
- P.E. registration
- 5 years’ experience in construction engineering on roadway and bridge projects.
- Additional experience on municipal construction including water sanitary and storm sewer a plus.
- Federalaid project experience a must with strong experience with AASHTOWARE Project
