UIUX Designer

• 3 years of experience in website apps and product design or a related field.
  
• An understanding of typography interaction design information architecture and visual design.
  
• Familiarity with design software such as Figma Canva and interactive prototyping tools.
  
• Strong in one functional area of design while beginning to gain experience in others.
  
• Ability to construct prototypes that demonstrate feature functionality.
  
• Ability to articulate problem/solution space using documentation frameworks.
  
• Passionate about design and the broader digital product landscape.
  
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative teambased environment.
  
• Plan and implement new designs.
  
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
  
• Comfortable with receiving feedback and iterating on work.
  
• Understand product specifications and identify user touchpoints/ interactions through the various journeys.
  
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
  
• Responsible for including appropriate user research activities at each stage of design.
  
• Responsible for providing & communicating actionable findings clearly from user research activities.
