Responsibilities:
Graphic Designing:
- Visual Content Creation: Develop highquality visual content including graphics illustrations and layouts for websites social media digital ads print materials and other marketing collateral.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns including brainstorming visual ideas and designing graphics to support these initiatives.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets including maintaining a library of design templates logos and other brand elements.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise and improve designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders ensuring final deliverables meet the projects objectives.
Video Editing:
- Video Production: Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging content for use across various platforms including promotional videos product demos social media clips and more.
- Motion Graphics: Create and integrate motion graphics animations and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Storytelling: Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Audio Editing: Synchronize audio tracks with video adjust sound levels and incorporate sound effects or background music as needed.
- Quality Control: Review and ensure all video content is of the highest quality free of technical errors and delivered on time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators marketers and other stakeholders to understand project goals and produce videos that align with campaign objectives.
CrossPlatform Content Development:
- Social Media: Design and edit content tailored for different social media platforms optimizing formats and styles for each platforms requirements.
- Website and Digital Campaigns: Contribute to the creation of visuals and videos for website banners landing pages and online ad campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Design engaging visuals and GIFs for email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Graphic Design Multimedia Arts or relevant field (preferred but optional with experience).
- 3 years in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) Premiere Pro After Effects and motion graphics tools.
- Expertise in designing for social media websites and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create engaging visuals maintain brand consistency and develop compelling narratives.
- Strong sense of design aesthetics detail orientation and quality control.
- Experience working with marketing teams and handling multiple projects.
