Technical Lead

Gurucul is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead to work with a wide variety of clients managing state of the art user behavior analytics solutions. The position offers variety challenge responsibility and the opportunity to realize your potential. Qualified candidates will be wellrounded individuals with great communication skills that have extensive experience in client and staff management as well as extensive experience in implementations and deployments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of efficient maintainable and robust Gurucul security analytics products
  
• Ability to define project scope and lead customer deployment technical questions and overall lifecycle of the project from scoping to golive
  
• Install integrate and deploy Gurucul products in client environments
  
• Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation
  
• Gather link and analyze data from various sources
  
• Project documentation including technical requirements architecture design and run book
  
• Develop prototypes of system designs and work with database operations technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes
  
• Work with multiple project teams with competing deadlines
  
• Serve as a technical resource; provide tech knowledge and capabilities as team member
  
• Maintain familiarity with support versions of our product platform procedures and processes and technology supported through Customer Service
  
• Conduct onsite or inhouse customer training sessions
  
• Communicate with various areas regarding their roles and representing customer performance requirements
  
• Direct and perform follow up as necessary to complete projects and elicit customer satisfaction
  
• Communicate with customers directly during the implementation process progress and completion
  

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor s or higher degree in computer science or related field
  
• 1015 years of work experience
  
• Must be authorized to work in the US
  
• Candidate should have prior experience as a manager/lead
  
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients partners and vendors
  
• Prior experience working in customer delivery environment part of any cyber security product company is bonus
  
• Handson experience performing investigations analyzing different data from cloud and onpremise systems
  
• Prior experience working closely in SOC operations
