About Client:
A leading BPO organization
Position Summary: The recruiter is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions in the BPO hiring for bulk volume and leadership hiring across locations
1. Take complete ownership of the hiring engine for BPO volume and leadership hiring across locations.
2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
3. Have industry connects to share salary benchmarking data.
4. Ensures effective onboarding of selected candidates along with other stakeholders.
5. Analyze and report MIS on various aspects of recruitment viz. TAT adherence skill based and levelbased hiring through put channel utilization budget utilization.
6. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable compensation norms.
7. Reduce cost of hiring and enhance hiring channels.
8. Responsible for sourcing and evaluating vendors for various levels of hiring within the scope of budget and defined quality as well as
9. TAT standards.
10. Vendor partner Management
Soft Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
2. Should have exposure to work with Senior Management
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Ability to take up additional work and capability of learning new tools and processes.
5. Networking skills
6. Strong knowledge of Advance Excel
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Good with making presentations (PPT)
9. Project management capabilities
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
1. Graduate
2. Overall 2 to 5 years of experience in BPO hiring for bulk volume and leadership hiring.
4. Work Location : Bangalore (Near Devanahalli)
5. Shift Timings : 11:00am 8:00pm ( transport provided pick up and drop point)
