Commissioning Lead - We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients, an Oil & Gas (LNG) Operating Company in Qatar..Commissioning Lead.Job location: Qatar OnshoreContract Duration: 3 yrs. with possible extensionSalary & Benefits: Excellent day rate with monthly living allowances. Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:. Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.15 years’ Commissioning & Systems completion experience in the oil and gas industry and with considerable exposure to a major projects environment in oil & gas industry.Lead the Commissioning & System Completion, ensure flawless handover process of project from engineering into construction, transitioning to full mechanical completion ready for operations, by ensuring the facility and all its components are built and installed according to the design, intent and function as agreed in project specifications.Responsible for developing and maintaining commissioning processes and interfaces related to facilities handover.Overseeing the development of Commissioning & Systems Completions Procedures, Factory Acceptance Test requirements, systemised drawings, vendor callout register and tracking of commissioning costs, ensuring any third parties activities are compatible with the objectives of project.Participate in contract reviews to ensure adequate Systems Completions control and work procedures are established and followed throughout project duration.Develop and manage effective system completion procedures and tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth hand-over to permanent organisation.
