Were looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to lead the technical design development and implementation of our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team.
Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
2. Project Management:
Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects.
Manage project timelines budgets and resources.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables.
3. Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of developers engineers and technicians.
Provide coaching mentoring and guidance to team members.
Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning.
4. Technical Design and Development:
Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure that solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
Collaborate with the development team to implement technical solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in software development engineering or related field.
3. Proven experience in technical leadership project management and team management.
4. Strong technical skills in programming languages software development methodologies and technologies relevant to our business.
5. Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
