Position name: Loyalty Team Lead
Job Objective:
To roll out and run loyalty program including the company e business and to achieve planned sales targets for their products and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing/ business administration
Minimum Experience:
- 1015 years experience in Managing Loyalty programs and Corporate Sales
Job specific skills:
- Fuel Industry awareness and business acumen
- Knowledge of loyalty programs
- Team Management
- Strong sales background
- Negotiation skills/ability to persuade
- Customer Relationship Management Skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
