Job Title Sales Development Representative Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage coach and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team goals.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine prospecting strategies scripts and outreach tactics to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for the team. Monitor performance regularly and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership marketing and other teams to align SDR activities with overall sales and business objectives.
- Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance SDR skills in prospecting qualifying leads and effectively communicating with prospects.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful SDR or in a similar sales role with at least 3 years of experience in sales and 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity (IT Industry only)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building and developing highperforming sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Analytical mind set with proficiency in Salesforce/ CRMs and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
Must to have :
- Cloud sales preference.
- Communication must.
- IT Sales/ IT Solutions experience must.
