Warehouse Dispatch Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and dispatching goods

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks

Prepare and pack orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space

Communicate with internal teams and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues

Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

Train and supervise warehouse staff as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Familiarity with inventory management systems

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
