Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in Fort Lauderdale FL. This is an onsite role so you must be local or willing to relocate to South Florida.


You will do ServiceNow development work 75% of the time and ServiceNow Admin work 25% of the time. You will do business process automation to maintain build and mature the ServiceNow practice. You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • You will spend 75% of your time designing and developing solutions within this environment to include modifications of applications forms workflow interfaces and any other customizations required to support the ITIL processes.
  • You will spend 25% of your time doing daytoday administration of the ServiceNow platform including user and group management configuration customization and scripting.
  • Gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Configure the ServiceNow modules as needed for the businesss needs.
  • Perform system integrations with thirdparty tools and applications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation like design specifications workflows and user guides.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience working as a ServiceNow system administrator
  • At least 2 years of ITSM service management and development experience
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML CSS.
  • ServiceNow Certified Admin certification and ITIL Foundation certification needed.
  • Certification in ServiceNow Development is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in management information systems Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • Excellent problemsolving skills strong communication skills and attention to detail.
