Join our dynamic team as the Lead IT for Asset Management where innovation meets impact. We seek a visionary leader passionate about driving technological advancements in logistics maintenance projects and order management. In this pivotal role you will shape the future of our finance IT landscape influencing the digital future of our organizations financial operations.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to define strategic direction and product roadmap.
- Lead a highperforming team of product owners and technical experts.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Asset Management IT focusing on digitalization and automation.
- Ensure stable operations and seamless endtoend integration with other projects.
- Implement governance frameworks for risk management quality control and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in Business Administration Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Asset ManagementTeams within a matrix organization.
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Deep understanding of Asset Management IT tools solutions and processes preferably in the energy industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP in the Asset Management domain covering some of the SAP modules EAM PS PM CS SD MM SAP Service & Asset Management
- Fluency in English and German with a willingness to travel to Spain.
