What you will do:

• Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to define strategic direction and product roadmap.
• Lead a highperforming team of product owners and technical experts.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Asset Management IT focusing on digitalization and automation.
• Ensure stable operations and seamless endtoend integration with other projects.
• Implement governance frameworks for risk management quality control and compliance.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Business Administration Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Asset ManagementTeams within a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Deep understanding of Asset Management IT tools solutions and processes preferably in the energy industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP in the Asset Management domain covering some of the SAP modules EAM PS PM CS SD MM SAP Service & Asset Management
• Fluency in English and German with a willingness to travel to Spain.
