Job Description
Lampentasche is a specialized nanny agency in Switzerland. For a very warm family we are looking for a responsible nanny for their two kids aged 2.5 and 5. The starting date is upon discussion the earlier the better. The workload is currently defined at 60% but it would also be conceivable for the family to increase it to a higher amount either from the beginning or later during the cooperation. The familys place of residence is quite central in Zollikon.
Tasks
- Loving care for the two kids on Monday Thursday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- The working day begins with preparing a balanced/healthy lunch and then picking up the older son from kindergarten (walking distance)
- After lunch together the focus is on ageappropriate active onetoone activities (painting roleplaying spending time on playground or in the forest visit the library etc.) with the kindergarten child as the younger sister is still in daycare at this time
- Later in the afternoon the little sister is picked up from daycare and then it is a more quiet playtime at home (reading playing a game etc.)
- Evening routine with the children with bathing and having dinner together
- The parents would appreciate a handover with an exchange/feedback discussion regarding the day
Requirements
- An extremely reliable and adaptable person who is used to working in a structured household and carries out the tasks as they are discussed
- The loving responsible and warm treatment of the children is top priority
- Training in the pedagogical field is desirable
- Several years of experience working with children be it in a daycare as a nanny or mother of adult children is expected
- Car and driving license are a particular advantage
- English at a native speaker level ideally German language skills at B2 level
