Our client is a Dutch company specializing in light solution. They are looking for a passionate Customer Service Employee to join our team in Barcelona. Youll be the first point of contact for customers across Europe.

If youre passionate about delivering excellent service you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working with online programs such as Microsoft Office SAP and Salesforce then this role might be perfect for you!

Tasks

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email phone or chat
  • Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on quality speed and satisfaction for customers for the German market
  • Register customer data and manage orders shipments returns and warranty claims using our CRM system
  • Stay updated on the companys products

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Friendly and empathetic approach with a passion for helping others
  • Customer oriented with the ability to prioritize and translate problems into effective solutions
  • A good listener who thrives on collaboration and teamwork
  • Great computer skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Not afraid to ask questions and pitch ideas
