Your tasks
Are you passionate about finance and want to gain insights into the processes behind the scenes Then become part of our Finance team and actively support us in optimising and developing our internal processes at KoRo.
- Analysing existing processes: Carrying out process analyses to identify weaknesses and optimisation potential.
- Defining: Development of efficient financial processes based on the analysis results.
- Modelling: Creation of process visualisations and flowcharts using Miro Boards.
- Automation: Implementation and automation of processes using Continia Business Central and Procuros.
- Documentation: Creation and maintenance of process documentation in Notion to ensure transparency and traceability.
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in the field of economics or similar (as a working student you must be enrolled)
- Specialisation in finance or process management is a plus!
- You are fluent in English and good German skills are an advantage
- You live in Berlin and the surrounding area or are willing to relocate
- You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and may have already gained experience with Notion DevOps Citrix or similar
- You have a technical affinity and strong analytical skills
- You are curious and motivated to actively shape the finance area
- You are characterised by your strong communication and interpersonal skills
