About the Job
Were looking for a motivated Logistics Manager to join the team in our portfolio company to support its logistics growth and ensure smooth business operations.

Founded in 2021 the company is a trailblazing supply chain platform that has redefined the way large construction material orders are sourced distributed and financed. They are on a mission to unlock the vast potential of crossborder supply for the Western Market by providing access to highquality construction materials at a global scale through their innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022 the company has successfully served hundreds of companies and generated exponential growth toward profitability.
Its distinct competitive advantage lies in its ability to organize the supply chain through digital innovation. Eliminating middlemen and embracing techfirst and AI it creates a seamless connection between suppliers and buyers. Its proprietary platform technology not only facilitates supply and demand matching but also offers a comprehensive suite of services including cloud inventory management fulfillment solutions and fintech capabilities.
Since its inception the company has been at the forefront of construction material management helping companies access highquality materials efficiently and costeffectively. The platform provides a userfriendly experience that empowers businesses to thrive. The team currently counts 75 FTEs located across Germany (Berlin HQ) China and India. The company is on track to achieve profitability and generated tripledigit million GMV.
In this role youll:
- Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on our customer needs
- Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe
- Create strong reliable and longterm relationships with our customers through quality work and clear communication
- Collaborate closely with customer success procurement product management growth and engineering teams
- Use cuttingedge technology on Salesforce for logistics management
- Improve and grow daily on a personal level push for operational excellence
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 35 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
- Datadriven with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems(Salesforce)
- Experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence
- Fluent in French (German is a huge plus!)
- Scaled logistics operations across different countries
- Strong commercial mindset
- Independent collaborative and able to take significant responsibility
- Entrepreneurial and handson fastpaced is in your DNA
- Strong communicator comfortable with different stakeholders
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
