Description

The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the company providing a high level of customer service administrative support and project management throughout the recruiting process outsourcing with our Clients.

This position will require you to develop a deep understanding of our client's recruiting processes for candidate management benefits company policy administration and other related activities to support the recruiting services provided.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the design development and implementation of a leading edge fullcycle recruitment process to include adopting best practices using metrics to develop costeffective recruiting and creative recruitment solutions.

Educational and Work experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
  • Six years of fulltime experience on staffing and recruiting industry and/or Automotive Industry. Must have experience about how talent acquisition fits into the bigger picture on a strategic level.

Required SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Board Management for National Recruiting Teams
  • Advanced written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Must have excellent command of English language and grammar both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with computer applications Microsoft Outlook word processing (Microsoft Word) spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) databases and email systems (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn other computer technology /software programs as needed.
  • Experience with corporate communication which consistently demonstrates respect concern and responsiveness.
  • Must have organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to process and protect confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
