REQUIREMENTS:

For this particular request knowledge requirements include:
Conversational knowledge of logical network infrastructure concepts including domain controllers DNS Active Directory and network segmentation.
Conversational knowledge of how domains are structured and the technical implications of consolidating multiple domains into a single cohesive environment.

For this particular request Functional requirements include:
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Proficiency with Microsoft Vision
Demonstrable experience of successfully facilitating a similar project

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH
The project will follow best practices in Waterfall project management as prescribed by the Project Management Institute (PMI)s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

PROJECT DELIVERABLES
Contractor staff will produce project deliverables using Microsoft Office products in v2007 or newer (Word Excel Project Visio etc.) and Adobe PDF or other formats acceptable to the State.
