About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Corporate Legal Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support and ensures the companys compliance with relevant laws and regulations managing legal risks and providing legal advice and assistance to various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review negotiate and provide counsel on a wide range of commercial customer and vendor contracts such as NDAs SOWs MOUs and other commercial agreements.
- Vetting of Legal Agreements (NDA/MSA/etc) from the Partners Customers and Vendors.
- ESOP Trust Creation & Administration
- Provide legal advice and guidance to various internal stakeholders on a range of legal issues related to the companys operations.
- Advise on and negotiate agreements with clients vendors and partners.
- Advise on data protection privacy and security issues including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
- Guide on intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright law. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations including cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Representing all the legal & statutory bodies with the authorities. This includes negotiations if required.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- BA/LLB with 2 years of experience as a legal counsel experience in attending Labour cases
- Strong understanding of data protection privacy and security regulations including GDPR CCPA HIPAA and PDP.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in corporate governance matters is a plus.
