Lead generation: work with the marketing team and within the specified budget available to build and maintain a pipeline of relevant franchisee prospects. Groom this pipeline to ensure regular contact with qualified franchisee prospect leads in order to convert these individuals to franchisees. Screen prospects acquire completed enquiry forms assist with any information required by the prospect regarding the franchise meet with the prospects as needed to showcase the stores and franchise offering
Ensure the annual update of the Disclosure Document per template in accordance with the costings shared across the business units. This document is a critical sales tool for new prospects and must be continuously updated and used as a reference tool.
Complete and file all documentation relating to screening of prospectivefranchisee leads including documents such as;o ITC and criminal checkso Getting to know you formso Statement of assets and liabilities formso Resale stores information and documentationo Lease amendments or renewals as neededo Obtain all relevant information (SM Annexures Financial information etc) and preparing PIP.Capturing and maintaining as needed network growth contacts in therelevant BIAB locations;o Contract Managero Contact Managero Sites Managero Cashies BaseWork with the Franchise Sales Administrator to ensure all necessary administrative support is in place during the sign up and onboardingprocess for new franchisees or new store purchases such as;o Obtaining and filing the required KYC documentso Neighbouring letters to existing stores on new store openingo Endowment Policy admin including obtaining letterheads from Marketing and any other supporting documentation requiredo Compiling any information packs required by any institution such as the banks landlords or any related entities.Assist the prospect to complete and sign the necessary paperwork as created by the Franchise Sales Administrator including documents such as;o All legal documents as required for signing up maintaining and terminating sale agreements and franchise agreements (cancellation agreements addendums business plans budget documents and so forth).o All DocuSign documents.
Maintain an accurate Sites Database for all existing properties. Maintain an accurate list of potential sites for prospective new storelocations. Work with the property management company as needed to facilitate site selection long and short lists lease negotiations and final signing of the contracts. Arranging necessary appointments.
Preparation of the business plan for required funding and submission to the banks where necessary. Working through this process to the point of securing the funding. Collation of documents for presentation to bankers and clients.
Ensure all necessary teams are involved as required during this process. Ensure all necessary triggers are in place and in order as needed.Maintain oversight of this process to ensure store takeover or opening occurs timeously.
Maintain all relevant filing systems both physical and business in a box or any other business required system. Correct use of Lotus Notes. Attending relevant meetings as necessary and maintain records as needed.
