VirtuallyinCredible is a property management solutions company based in Florida USA. We have been in business since 2011 when we started with just 1 Virtual Assistant and now we have more than a thousand virtual assistants working with us.

We are HIRING a Bookkeeper!

We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant you are responsible for creating and maintaining the accounting records for the company. Reconcile all accounts as needed. Assist in running and customizing reports that provide business analysis and results.

Job Description:

  • Accurately maintain financial records including ledger entries reconciliations and financial reports.
  • Generate and distribute invoices track payment status and manage the collections process including following up with latepaying tenants.
  • Handle the monthly collection of rent payments ensuring all payments are received and recorded in a timely manner.
  • Manage the disbursement of funds including vendor payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and send notices to tenants and coordinate with those who are late on payments to resolve issues and facilitate payment.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including scheduling document management and communications to support the overall operations of the company.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Accounting with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problemsolving skills particularly in resolving payment and billing issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Google Suites including Sheets Drive Gmail.
  • Quiet home office work environment
  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • At least 8gen i3 processors 8GB RAM and Windows or MAC SSD Disc
