We are looking for highly driven individuals to manage relationships with our partner hospitals. As the primary link between the Cloudphysician operations team (which includes the clinical team) and our partner hospitals to ensure that our partner hospitals are realising the value that we bring to
them improving their brand visibility and helping them increase patient footfall from their communities.You will have to be comfortable operating with great autonomy and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fastpaced digital healthcare environment which is the way healthcare delivery is moving towards.
Requirements
Customer (Partner) Relationship management: Frequent visit to meet all stakeholders understand and provide solutions
Revenue Generation: Through better customer management & upsell
Problem Solving: Primary point of contact for partner and address any issues / concerns
Customer satisfaction & Retention
Crossfunctional collaboration
Analytics reports & Key KPI deliveries including collection.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes :
Post graduate degree from a premier university
Knowledge of customer success processes
Selfdriven proactive highly organized and able to multitask
