Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and prospecting.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to support business development efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities pipeline status and results to senior management.
- Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to network and promote the companys offerings.
- Work closely with the product development and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in IT industry / ERP .
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with contract negotiations and legal aspects of business deals.
- Min 2 Years Experience
