Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of farms? We are looking for a dedicated Relief Farm Manager to provide essential support to our client s Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers when needed.
The Job
In this role, you'll be the backbone of their farms, ensuring that they are managed to the highest standards even during times of transition. You'll become intimately familiar with each farm location and our business as a whole, ensuring successful completion of your duties.
Our client prioritizes the welfare of their animals and the efficiency of their operations. As a Trainee Relief Farm Manager, you'll play a vital role in upholding these values. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge through their Agriculture Academy, paving the way for your personal and professional growth.
This is a mobile role, so a valid driving license is essential, with a company van and petrol card for your convenience.
The Candidate
-Previous Farm Management or Assistant Farm Management experience
-Broiler or Breeder experience
-Full UK Driving License
-People management skills
The Package
-Salary to 38,000 increasing to 40,000 after successfully completing probation period
