We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in business development who is passionate about driving growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
Identify potential growth areas and collaborate with management to set actionable goals.
Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives to raise brand awareness and promote services.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with legal teams to crosssell services and identify new revenue streams.
Monitor and report on business development activities ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a business development role preferably within professional services or a related sector.
Strong understanding of the legal sector or professional services is advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a resultsdriven mindset.
