Role Name: Data Entry Team Leader
Schedule:
Fulltime flexible between 8am to 10pm (6 AM to 8 PM PHT) MF

Job Description:
Lead a dynamic team of data entry specialists in a fastpaced techdriven environment. As the Data Entry Team Leader you ll spearhead data accuracy initiatives crucial to the platform s success. Your role will directly impact user satisfaction by ensuring our extensive restaurant database is comprehensive and errorfree. You ll manage daily operations conduct quality assurance and collaborate with the engineering team to refine data entry processes. This position offers a unique blend of leadership attention to detail and immersion in diverse culinary landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of 45 data entry specialists.
- Oversee the data entry process for approximately 2000 restaurants monthly.
- Perform highlevel data entry tasks focusing on complex restaurant information.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance data entry efficiency.
- Interpret and categorize diverse restaurant menus and cuisines.
- Identify data inconsistencies and implement solutions.
- Set and monitor team performance metrics.
- Provide regular progress reports to company leadership.
- Access and manage the Resactly dashboard.
- Log in to the dashboard and select/update restaurant information.
- Validate and revise restaurant descriptions.
- Update restaurant tags and ambiance.
- Check and update website and reservations URL information.
- Create and update menus excluding beverages.
- Check and update dietary information.
- Publish the menu and finalize restaurant information.
- Delete permanently closed restaurants from the backend.
