Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Backend Developer who is not only adept at problemsolving but also passionate about learning and growth. Youll join a squad of jokers who arent afraid to push boundaries and innovate using a variety of technologies.
Tasks
- Work primarily with Rails Python and Node.js. (Familiarity with these languages is beneficial but not mandatory.)
- Leverage the power of cloudmanaged services like AWS and Azure.
- Contribute to building secure scalable and optimized infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure highquality code and best practices.
- Manage and mentor other software engineers including junior and intern engineers.
- Communicate effectively with other domains such as PM mobile FE and QC.
- Design and develop robust system architectures.
- Create project plans and provide accurate time estimates.
- Continuously learn and absorb new technologies including OpenAI prompt engineering and sophisticated infrastructure development.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- A smart problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to learn adapt and embrace new technologies.
- Possess emotional intelligence and the ability to listen and make wise interventions.
- Have prior experience in a similar role.
