Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to thoroughly document and validate their business requirements.

• Map these requirements to NetSuite functionalities ensuring a comprehensive understanding.

• Analyze diverse data factors to address complex business challenges.

• Utilize strong analytical and problemsolving skills to propose effective solutions.

• Customize the NetSuite application to align with specific customer business requirements.

• Work closely with technical teams to design and test customizations tailored to different domains.

• Conduct walkthrough sessions to train customers effectively on NetSuite usage.

• Collaborate with technical teams Project Managers and colleagues to ensure timely and onbudget project delivery.

• Provide post GoLive support addressing daytoday concerns in specialized areas.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes.

• Manage data migration tasks ensuring seamless transitions during implementations.

• Handle data migration tasks to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation phase.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.

• Expertise in configuring and customizing the NetSuite application.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for addressing diverse business challenges.

• Experience conducting customer training sessions and providing ongoing support in specialized areas.

• Proficient in data migration tasks and post GoLive support activities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
