Customer Success Manager

Saas Start Up

Remote/Hybrid

We are searching for a talented and driven Customer Success Managerto join a fast growing Saas start up on a mission to change how tradespeople and homeowners work together. This exciting scale up is VC backed and are building a world class product and company culture where employees are encouraged to grow and make huge impact fast. The Customer Success Managerwill be on the frontline answering and solving complex customer problems for the first 3 months of this role thenyou will begin to progress into a more senior role whereby you will develop the customer successfunction of this business. Youll work directly with the founders in a hands on capacity whilst you build a world class CS function.

Responsiblities:

  • Contacting platform members taking them through sign up and verification process smoothly
  • Demonstrate sincere curiosity to uncover and understand customer business challenges and a passion to exceed customer expectations via proactive engagement and trainings
  • Cultivate successful relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to ensure optimal engagement within the product and support
  • Problem solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently including assisting customers with with all platform queiries where necessary
  • Be on the frontlinesupporting founders and rolling sleeves up in multiple business areas
  • Communicating effectively with all teams to ensure constant product growth

Experience:

  • Experience of a CS role within a Saas/tech start up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and you love speaking to people all day!
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • You are hungry to be part of a scaling business and have the attitude to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent grasp of technology
