Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Implementation and Technical Solutions to lead initiatives that expand our product offerings and support our clients. This role involves overseeing the software development lifecycle for client requests ensuring timely and highquality delivery of financial software products and actively participating in technical tasks. The ideal candidate must possess both technical and clientfacing skills that enhance their project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for complex implementation projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.

  • Track implementation progress using internal and client feedback and report these metrics to the executive team.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

• Client Onboarding & Integration:

  • Guide clients through SMArtX onboarding based on their implementation plans.

  • Schedule and direct onboarding and checkin calls using client project plans.

  • Identify and initiate new integrations required for successful implementation managing and maintaining a list of active integrations.

• Internal Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and smooth transitions.

  • Facilitate urgency and ensure active progress on implementation tasks.

• Documentation & Solutioning:

  • Create comprehensive publicfacing documentation including user guides and technical specifications.

  • Define optimize and implement solutioning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the sales and implementation cycles.

  • Expand the clientfacing knowledge base and internal documentation related to implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of APIs the investment industry and the broader technology landscape including SQL Postman REST APIs and Python.

  • Experience with APIfirst products and implementing APIfirst infrastructures.

  • Familiarity with Jira Hubspot AWS and S3.

• Leadership:

  • Proven track record in growthstage startups demonstrating the ability to thrive in fastpaced environments.

  • Experience in building and nurturing a culture of innovation and collaboration within a team.

• Financial Technology Expertise:

  • Expertise in wealth platform technology and portfolio management including trading rebalancing billing workflows and CRM systems.

• Communication & ProblemSolving:

  • Strong social verbal and written communication skills.

  • Analytical and processoriented mindset with strong problemsolving and project management skills.

• Education & Experience:

  • 710 years of experience in the financial technology industry.

  • Bachelors degree required.
