Program Manager needs 57 years experience with a solid understanding of project management principles and tools especially Smartsheet.

Program Manager requires:

• Seasoned Program Manager with a robust background in project management to support multiple projects within our RevOps BI Tools team.
• Extensive experience in managing technical projects within a SaaS organization.
• Proficiency in sprints scrum and Agile methodologies is essential.

Program Manager duties:

Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines milestones and deliverables.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations teams various lines of business teams marketing teams data engineers analysts and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

Ensure all projects adhere to best practices quality standards and regulatory requirements.
