Senior Web 3 Project Manager Equity Cofounder

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.

• Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.

About the Organization

Launch Legends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.

2. GO WFO: The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry projected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and the extreme sports market an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

ROLE: WEB3 PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with background in the Web3 layer and Cosmos SDK. Youll play a key role in making sure projects are successful. Youll work crossfunctionally use Agile methods like Scrum and sprint planning and make sure projects are done on time and within scope. Youll also help us move towards a more structured way of managing projects to make things more predictable and clear while still being flexible.

Responsibilities

• Use project management methods like Gantt charts and critical path analysis along with Scrum practices.

• Set up a detailed project structure with clear timelines milestones and deliverables.

• Watch project progress track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make sure we stick to timelines.

• Lead sprint planning sessions set sprint goals and break down project requirements into tasks.

• Work with different teams to use Scrum principles and practices in project workflows.

• Use project resources wisely considering team capacity and availability.

• Communicate well with stakeholders giving regular updates on project status risks and achievements.

• Help team members work together well making sure different teams work towards project goals and solve conflicts as needed.

• Keep project documentation including project plans status reports and postproject evaluations.

• Make sure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.

Requirements

• Experience in project management especially using Scrum methods and knowledge of the Web3 layer and Cosmos SDK.

• Understanding of Agile principles and the ability to change project management approaches as project needs change.

• Good leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide different teams to achieve project goals.

• Great communication and people skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

• Good attention to detail and organization skills with a commitment to delivering highquality results on time.

• Ability to adapt to change while still keeping a structured approach to project management.
