Job Description

This is a remote position.

PHILIPPINE BASED APPLICANTS ONLY


An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Real Estate company as an Admin Virtual Assistant.

We are looking for an individual who is patient detailoriented efficient and capable of handling multiple tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong aptitude for working with a variety of administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare communications such as memos emails invoices reports and other correspondence
  • CRM management
  • Data entry
  • Document and updating of file notes
  • Encode and update matter details in the client s file management system
  • Draft various emails and letters using client templates
  • Other General Administrative duties and AdHoc tasks


Requirements

  • Degree qualified ()
  • Proven administrative or relevant experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail systematic and has a cando attitude
  • Proactive resultsdriven and efficient.
  • Highly organised processoriented and can multitask
  • Experience in data entry document creation and general admin:

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 25000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6.13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.

SHIFT TIMES: 7:00AM to 4:00PM Philippine time Monday to Friday


Degree qualified (+) Minimum of 2 years of experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in various software including; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) SharePoint & OneDrive, Canva, Premiere Pro CRM, and any cloud-based tools Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in digital marketing across all social media platforms is a must Experience in social media engagement, content creation, and database management Graphic Design experience and video editing skills are a plus Critical and analytical thinking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills
