Role Summary:

As a PCI Compliance Specialist you will deliver exceptional support to merchant customers via calls emails and web chats. Your role includes educating on PCIDSS Compliance assisting with Sysnet products and guiding users through Sysnet Air. Youll strive for firstcall resolution handle complex issues with professionalism and manage call metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and professional support across various communication channels.
• Educate customers on PCIDSS Compliance and guide them through the process.
• Promote Sysnet products and services and assist with Sysnet Air navigation.
• Resolve issues promptly manage assertive calls with respect and maintain detailed logs.
• Meet call metrics and Service Level Agreements while adapting to additional business needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts with strong schedule adherence.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer support.
• Detailoriented able to multitask and proficient in computer and email use.
• Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
