Interior Designer Visual Merchandiser - Union

A leading Developer in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Interior Designer / Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design stylish and functional apartment/ Office interiors aligned requirements

• Develop design concepts floor plans and mood boards to present to clients.

• Select furniture decor and accessories that complement the overall design aesthetic.

• Create detailed design proposals including material selections finishes and budgets.

• Manage projects from inception to completion including coordination with contractors and vendors.

• Stay updated on interior design trends and industry best practices.

• Prepare design presentations and proposals

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve optimal pricing and delivery.

• Conduct site visits to assess apartment layouts and measure spaces.

• Create 3D renderings or virtual walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with furniture and decor suppliers.

• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

• Conduct postproject evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven 23 experience in interior design or a related field.

• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong project management skills.

• Knowledge of furniture and decor sourcing and procurement.

• Business acumen and understanding of the market.

• Valid GCC Bahrain Or GCC Driving License
