Collaborate closely with the marketing, copywriting, and event planning teams to understand project requirements and align designs with brand guidelines
Create engaging visual assets such as social media graphics, event collateral, presentations, website graphics, and digital advertisements
Ensure consistent branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling across all marketing and event touchpoints
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to recommend innovative visual solutions
Optimize designs for different platforms and formats (print, web, mobile, etc.) while maintaining quality and responsiveness
Review and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs
Manage the visual asset library and maintain design files in an organized manner
Provide design mentorship and training to junior team members as needed
Assist with the implementation and deployment of visual assets across various channels
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts
Adhere to deadlines and work efficiently to deliver high-quality designs on time
