UX/UI Designer @ Hypoport AG

Your role in the team

• You will be involved in exciting projects and actively drive forward the digitalization of the savings banks.
• You create a consistent user experience for our systems.
• You are part of the team and work closely with the product owner and the developer as part of Agile Software Development (Scrum).
• You take care of user research and organize UX workshops, including their planning, implementation and evaluation of the results (e.g. stakeholder interviews or ideation sessions)
• You prepare and maintain user insights. This includes, among other things, the creation of personas, customer journeys and storyboards.
• You conceive and design information structures and processes (e.g. sitemaps or user flows) as well as design solutions (e.g. wireframes, mockups, prototypes)
• You help (internal and external) decision-makers understand our ideas and present the UX concepts.

Qualifications

• You are a team player with heart and soul.
• You find it easy to take a step back and question whether things are productive without losing sight of the goal.
• You can empathize with the target groups. Previous banking knowledge is not a must.
• You keep an eye on the various interests of customers, users and stakeholders and work independently on pragmatic and efficient solutions.
• You have fluent written and spoken German at native level.

Experience

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the design and development of digital products.
