BA or equivalent

2.5. Experience
  • 2 Years 3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1. Primary Functions
Role and responsibilities
  • Proper document control of projects documents received on Sharepoint and proper notification of team members.
  • Coordinating with project team members.
  • Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers.
  • Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls emails).
  • Distribute daily inspection appointments among inspectors.
  • Assisting in preparation of invoices and followingup with clients.
  • Handling upload and download of documents/reports on Malath portal.
  • Maintaining professional behavior and communication with clients.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Perform any Task assigned by N1 within his competency limits.
Other
  • Observe the HSSE policies and procedures at all times.
  • Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics.
3.2. AUTHORITIES
As per Bureau Veritas polices

3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities
  • Implementing BV safety programs within the team
  • Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements BV HSE
  • Policies procedures and practices.
  • Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative
  • Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
  • Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigating Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition
  • Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
  • Cooperate with others on health and safety and not interfere with or misuse anything provided for your health safety or welfare.
