Job Description
1. HR Business Partnership: - Act as a liaison between the HR department and business units to understand and address their HR needs. - Collaborate with managers to provide HR guidance and support on various employee-related matters.
2. Talent Management: - Support recruitment efforts by participating in the hiring process and ensuring alignment with organizational needs. - Assist in the development and implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies.
