Basic Qualifications:

8 years of database design and administration experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Database design estimation and implementation experience

A background in implementing database infrastructure and managing database software

Experience with SQL Server High availability and Disaster recovery options

5 years of experience working with database compliance and security policies

5 years of experience providing consulting services in the identification and resolution of database issues

2 years using Agile tools/processes such as Kanban and Jira

Strong selfmotivation and excellent communication skills (oral and written) to manage customer relations with an emphasis on verbal and written communication to ensure a strong customer service focus

Ability to take a lead role in moderately complex projects

Strong analytical skills

Bachelors Degree in a technologyrelated field

SQL Server and Cloud Certifications
