Data Entry Specialist

This is a remote position.

• Input recipes into WordPress including titles ingredients instructions and other relevant details.
  
• Ensure correct formatting of text such as headings bullet points and numbered lists.
  
• Upload and optimize images associated with each recipe such as photos of the finished dish.
  
• Ensure images are properly sized and aligned within the post.
  
• Assign recipes to the appropriate categories (e.g. desserts main dishes vegetarian).
  
• Use tags to improve searchability and organization within the site.
  
• Update existing recipes as needed (e.g. when ingredient amounts change).
  
• Ensure all data is backed up regularly and stored securely.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist
  
• Experience in managing content especially in a food or lifestyle niche is highly desirable.
  
• Prior experience in a similar role especially within a food blog cooking website or similar niche is often preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry formatting and categorization.
  
• Ability to spot and correct errors in spelling grammar and formatting.
  
• Fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently input large volumes of data.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines closely.
