Job Summary:
Analyze merchant statements to develop and prepare customized pricing documents. Maintain reference documentation to ensure the most up to date accurate information.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customers merchant services needs and prepare and review analysis and Schedule A documents for sales team to present.
- Create and maintain logos for various partners
- Track incoming statements and turnaround time
- Provide support for weekly and monthly detailed sales management reports on analyses information and account closure reasons
- Complete a monthly audit on our portfolio of merchants to ensure pricing is consistent with proposal
- Maintain updated versions of PDF files
- Ad hoc reporting as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred
- 13 years in analytical role (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Power Bi (preferred).
- Experience with some type of CRM program
- Communication Oral Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
- Accountability Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
- Decision Making Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Accuracy Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
